Using This is School with Canvas or Schoology
If your school uses Canvas or Schoology, linking This is School assignments couldn't be easier.
Step 1: Assign a This is School exercise or assessment as normal.
Anything you like!
Step 2: On the assignment confirmation page, click the Copy for Canvas or Copy for Schoology button.
All of the assignment details, plus a link for students to follow, will be copied to your clipboard.
Step 3: Set up an assignment in Canvas or Schoology and paste the details in (right click > paste or ctrl+V).
It'll look a little something like this:

Titles:
- Comprehension ~3m
- Video Vocab + Gap-fill ~14m
Due date: 31 October 2025
Go to your Assignments page!
Step 4: Students click Go to your Assignments page! in the Canvas or Schoology assignment...
...and are taken directly to a list of the tasks they need to complete - ready to dive right in!
